Half engineer, all business, Mark Wald is an innovative problem solver who values simplicity, efficiency, and collaboration between people and organizations. Mark is the Founder and CEO of SPRCHRGR, a team of tech-forward accounting + finance engineers who supercharge their clients’ operations and help them make data-driven decisions faster. He advises clients who want to maximize their multiples and minimize risk with exit planning and transaction preparation services.
As a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and consulting CFO, Mark has been building, investing in, and advising startups since 2010. Mark is the Treasurer of the Women Founders Network Foundation and is a guest presenter at UCLA Anderson’s Venture Accelerator Program.

As a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and consulting CFO, Mark has been building, investing in, and advising startups since 2010. He’s founded several consulting practices and cofounded both a SaaS company (successful exit) and a subscription box business (failed).
In his current day job, Mark owns and operates SPRCHRGR to provide finance and accounting resources and leadership to hundreds of growing startups, small businesses, and nonprofits. He also keeps busy in a multitude of diverse yet related additional roles, including startup board member & advisor, Treasurer of Women Founders Network Foundation, university guest lecturer, volunteer mentor to entrepreneurs through local accelerator and incubator programs, and crypto-curious dabbler. As a professional operator and consultant, Mark has overseen finance and operations functions for a myriad of businesses in Advertising, Automotive, Banking, Blockchain, CPG, Digital Healthcare, Digital Media, Ecommerce Marketplace, Entertainment, IT Security, Last-Mile Delivery, Licensing, Market Research, Mobile, Nonprofit, SaaS, Software Development, Startup Technology, and other industries.
